How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us.
Who we are
This website is run by Raviraj, a brand of the Choudhary Group of Industries, Mirza, Kamrup (Rural), Assam, India.
What we collect
We only collect information when you send us an enquiry through the form on this site. The form asks for:
- your name and business name
- your email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- your city and type of business
- the details of your requirement
We also record that you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted, and when.
Your IP address is checked for a short time to stop spam and automated abuse of the form. We do not store it with your enquiry.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy. We use it only to reply to you.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible business relationship with you. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, and a copy may be sent to our team by email or WhatsApp so we can reply quickly. The website is hosted by Netlify. These companies act as service providers for us and process the data only to run this site. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised Raviraj staff.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is needed to respond to you and for the business relationship that follows, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own site, so browsing it does not send your details to font providers.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email us at info@cgigroup.com or use the form on our Contact page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page.
